Return Policy

Because all of our products are direct-to-garment printed, each item is made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We will gladly accept returns only in the case of a manufacturer defect (such as misprints, damaged items, or faulty production).

Defect Return Guidelines:

• Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.

• To start a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

• Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.

Non-Returnable Situations:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear
